About us
Bright Path Supports is a locally owned disability support service based in Wagga Wagga and surrounds. We provide flexible, personalised NDIS support for self‑managed and plan‑managed participants who want reliable, down to earth help in their daily lives.
As a small, community focused provider, we take the time to get to know each participant, understand their goals, and support them in a way that feels comfortable, respectful, and genuinely person centred. Whether it’s daily living assistance, meal preparation, community access, social support, or building routines, we’re here to make life smoother, safer, and more empowering.
Our Services

Daily Living Assistance
Support with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, personal care, shopping, and basic home routines, helping participants stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their daily life.
Meal Preparation
Support with planning, preparing, and cooking meals. Helping participants stay organised, eat well, and build independent kitchen skills
Community Access
Support to help participants get out into the community, attending appointments, shopping, social activities, exercise, or building confidence in everyday outings.
Gardening & Lawn Maintenance
Support with light gardening and lawn maintenance to help participants keep their outdoor areas tidy, safe, and comfortable. This includes mowing, weeding, watering, and small garden clean‑ups.
Travel
Support with safe, reliable travel assistance to help participants get to appointments, community activities, and daily errands. We make transport easy and stress‑free, ensuring every trip feels comfortable and supported.
Meet our team
Maisie started Bright Path Supports because she genuinely loves helping people and wanted to create a warm, kind, and reliable support option for families across Wagga Wagga and surrounds. Her focus is always on making everyday life feel easier, calmer, and more supported for the people she works with.
She brings over five years of experience across aged care, disability support, and office administration. Maisie has supported clients across a wide range of needs, personalities, abilities, behavioural needs, and complex routines. She is known for her bubbly, warm personality and her natural ability to connect with anyone, making people feel comfortable, understood, and at ease.
Alongside her hands on support work, Maisie’s background in office and financial administration gives her strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of NDIS processes, documentation, and service coordination. This helps her keep things smooth, clear, and stress‑free for the people she supports.
Bright Path Supports is built on kindness, respect, and genuine care and reflects Maisie’s commitment to providing flexible, person‑centred support to her local community.

Irish brings three years of experience supporting clients across both Wagga Wagga and Sydney, working with a wide variety of needs, personalities, and support requirements. Over this time, he has developed a strong reputation for being incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely committed to helping others. Irish has a naturally lovely personality, calm, friendly, and easy to talk to, which makes people feel comfortable and safe from the moment they meet him.
He has a unique ability to connect with anyone, no matter their background, communication style, or support needs. Whether he’s assisting with daily living tasks, community access, routines, or behavioural support, Irish approaches every situation with understanding, respect, and a positive attitude. He is the type of person who will always go the extra mile, doing everything in his power to make sure clients feel supported, heard, and valued.
Irish’s dedication, reliability, and warm nature make him an important part of Bright Path Supports, and a trusted support worker for individuals and families across the community.
